<image:caption>We began with research into pain points of organizations. We gathered information by gathering contact information from Petfinder.com. We then sent out a Google Forms survey, to which we received over 600 responses. We followed up with some survey respondents and were able to interview several people. The major responses were lack of funding, and lack of available foster homes. We decided to delve into why there were not enough foster homes, and saw that many fosters were overwhelmed by the process.</image:caption>

<image:title>Portfolio - I18N & L10N Systems - String Management</image:title>
<image:caption>The core of the languages capabilities comes from the String Management Service. It is here that most of the translations for both Admin and End User Facing content is stored. I had to ensure that the capabilities of String Management was flexible enough to work with other services such as Agreements, Notifications, and Form Builder. This meant that I needed to create an entire ecosystem, where localized content lived, and account for changes that would be cascaded to other services.</image:caption>
</image:image>

<image:title>Portfolio - I18N & L10N Systems - Agreements</image:title>
<image:caption>As part of I18N and L10N, Agreements had to be localized into different languages. I paired the list of languages here to ensure that languages the customer had enabled were not missed. Another important feature of this service was the capability to review older revisions of Agreements, and customize the labels for consent.</image:caption>

<image:title>Portfolio - I18N & L10N Systems - Notifications</image:title>
<image:caption>With Notifications I wanted to ensure the Languages panel was the same, so that the system was familiar across the services. Each language had to have SMS, Email and sometimes Voice translated to be sent to the End Users. The Incomplete Section was important to have to ensure that there was content for every user.</image:caption>

<image:title>Portfolio - I18N & L10N Systems - Form Builder</image:title>
<image:caption>Form Builder was the latest and most complex addition to the languages system. We had to have translations not just for admin content such as labels and fields in the canvas, but also we needed to devise a system for custom content. This allowed Admins to create custom keys that were paired with translations. The keys could then be used throughout a variety of forms without requiring individual editing within the forms.</image:caption>

<image:title>Portfolio - Identity Orchestration - Phased Approach</image:title>
<image:caption>After the acquisition of Singular Key I worked closely with Product Management and Engineering to discuss strategy and roadmap for integrating the Orchestration Service into PingOne. We took a Phased approach to this: Phase 1: GA ready - Update branding and content to Ping style. Clean up embarrassing UX and Major Bugs. Phase 2: Full Integration - Navigation, Integration, addition features to enable a better experience. Phase 3: Enhancements - Best Use cases, End to End Flow building within the Canvas, Enhanced Experiences.</image:caption>

<image:title>Portfolio - Identity Orchestration - Templated Flows</image:title>
<image:caption>One way we to make flows more accessible to users was to create templated flows. This allows low tech functions such as Analysts or Managers explore and create simple workflows. While still providing a good starting point for super users to begin creating their more complex workflows.</image:caption>

<image:title>Portfolio - Identity Orchestration - Integrating Forms</image:title>
<image:caption>A key bit of missing functionality was the ability to add custom forms. While the product did have the ability to create forms previously, it was reliant on knowledge of HTML and CSS to create. With the integration of the WYSIWYG Form Builder tool I designed, the capability of the Flows were enhanced and allowed for much more varied use cases.</image:caption>

<image:title>Portfolio - Identity Orchestration - Navigating the Canvas</image:title>
<image:caption>We experimented with different ways to navigate through the canvas, especially for complex flows. We had navigation with keyboard keys as well as with the mouse, however on bigger more complex flows it became difficult to see everything on the canvas page. Through the use of a mini map, we were able to allow users to quickly navigate to different portions of the flow.</image:caption>

<image:title>Portfolio - Custom Forms - Code Free Forms</image:title>
<image:caption>An important requirement of form builder was that it was easy to use, even for people who don’t know HTML and CSS. To do this we created a WYSIWYG Editor that allowed users to build forms for a variety of Use Cases. This tool grew as new features were added based on customer needs, however remained flexible in its capabilities.</image:caption>

<image:title>Portfolio - Custom Forms - Localization</image:title>
<image:caption>Form Builder was the latest and most complex addition to the languages system. We had to have translations not just for admin content such as labels and fields in the canvas, but also we needed to devise a system for custom content. This allowed Admins to create custom keys that were paired with translations. The keys could then be used throughout a variety of forms without requiring individual editing within the forms.</image:caption>

<image:title>Portfolio - Custom Forms - Integration with Orchestration</image:title>
<image:caption>Currently we are Integrating this with our Flow Orchestration to create an even better experience. During the Integration efforts, I saw the opportunity to add features that would enable the Power User more versatility in the forms they create. This could turn the Forms into more of a Page builder, allowing for flexibility of use throughout the Flow.</image:caption>
